That would depend on how you are planning to consume our product. If microdosing, the idea is that you take 1/2 every day, or 1 every other day for noticeable long term effects. If you're looking at macrodosing, taking 1 tablet or more of the 10mg then it will last 3-4 hours.

USPS Priority Mail takes 2-5 days depending on where you are in the country, with most orders taking 3-4 days. We ship same day if your order is in by Noon CST, Monday - Friday.
